Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JOGO! Before you proceed, please carefully read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") as they govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the JOGO App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
2. Use of the App
JOGO is a social prediction app where users predict real-life football games and rank against other users. Do not use any predictions you see in the app as advice. No real money transactions or betting activities are involved. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your reliance on predictions in the app.
3. Account Registration
To access JOGO, you are required to register for an account. During registration, you will provide information such as your email, username, password, and avatar. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use JOGO in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or its services. Additionally, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of JOGO or its related systems.
5. Copyrighted Material
The App may contain copyrighted material, including football club logos, names of clubs, names of tournaments, which we do not own the rights to. The use of such material is considered "fair use" for the purpose of providing football game information and news within the context of the App. We acknowledge the intellectual property rights of the respective owners. 6. User-Created Events
Users have the ability to create Events within the App. In doing so, users are prohibited from assigning names or uploading event images that are deemed prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor and delete Events that violate this policy. Users engaging in such activities may face account suspension or termination. If you come across any inappropriate content, please report it to us promptly at contact@jogofootball.com
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of JOGO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, including your email, username, password, and avatar. By using JOGO, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to JOGO are the property of JOGO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use JOGO for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
JOGO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that JOGO will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of JOGO.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to JOGO at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
